| HEAT EXCHANGE PLATES FOR OENOLOGY |

One of the field where our heat exchange plates are mostly used is the winery industry, in the must fermentation tanks.
Always made in stainless steel AISI 304 and 316, the plates are available in 2 solutions: |

|
| Plates are made like type A (2 stainless steel electrowelded sheets) plus a roll welding to improve the passing through of the cooling fluid. |
| MOD. PC |
|
Plates are made by the union of 2 stainless steel sheets with a roll welding in order to obtain a serpentine-like circuit plus a special perimetrical welding.
Then, the plates are inflated by compressed air. |
